Journey

How I got here

Back to home

This is the path behind my work - shaped by engineering, reflection and the decision to build more intentionally.

Phase 1

Foundation

Engineering, structure and complex systems

I started my career in engineering, working in structured, high-responsibility environments shaped by technical complexity and precision.

This is where I built a strong foundation in systems thinking, problem solving and the ability to break down complex challenges into robust solutions.

Phase 2

Recognition

Looking beyond technical solutions

The more systems I developed and problems I solved, the more I started to recognize recurring patterns behind them. Most were not technical, but traced back to culture, mindset and the clarity of communication between people.

I found myself increasingly drawn to that deeper layer - How people think, how decisions are made and what creates meaningful progress over time.

Phase 3

Action

From understanding systems to building my own

That realization changed my approach. It pushed me to explore more independently through reflection, experimentation and building my own projects.

Instead of just observing these patterns, I began to apply them in how I solve problems, make decisions and design systems around me.

Since then, I have shifted from working within systems to creating my own - Driven by curiosity, grounded in real problems and aligned with how I want to think, work and live.

What continues

Ongoing growth and intention

This journey is still evolving.

What stays constant is the intention to keep learning - both technically and interpersonally - and to build things with passion that are useful, authentic and inspiring.
